Instructing me
Four steps, enquiry to report.
-
Enquiry
Email info@dranthonyjhoward.com with the parties' names, the type of case and the deadline. Please don't include medical details or records at this stage.
-
Conflict check and confirmation
I check for any conflict of interest and confirm within 4 working days whether I can accept. I'll also give you my fee and the date of the report.
-
Records and appointment
Send the letter of instruction and records through your firm's secure portal or an encrypted file transfer service. I won't accept records by ordinary email. If the claimant needs examining, the appointment is arranged in Manchester or London.
-
Report
I aim to send the report within two weeks of the examination, or within two weeks of receiving complete instructions and records for a desktop report. Complex cases may take longer, and I'll agree a date with you in advance.
